The Punjab government has announced the schedule of annual examinations
As per the latest notification, you all are informed that the annual examinations for Grades 1 to 8 as per Single National Curriculum (SNC) will start from 31 March 2023. This notification is applicable for all private and government schools of Punjab. Apart from this, the annual paper of class 3 to 8 will have both objective and subjective papers while students of classes 1 and 2 will decide. Based on oral examinations. Not only this but the PBCC also ordered the schools to conduct written examinations of Urdu, English, Mathematics, General Science, Social Sciences for students of class 3 to 8. Whereas, students of classes 3 to 8, while Muslim students will take the exam in Islamiat and non-Muslims, they will have to take the ethics exam.

The next academic year will start from 01-04-2023.
Not only Punjab but KPK Government introduced Single National Curriculum (SNC) for KP up to 8 classes in August 2023. All provinces are observing SNC-based curriculum except Sindh which openly rejects SNC.
پنجاب حکومت نے پہلی سے آٹھویں جماعت کے سالانہ امتحانات کے شیڈول کا اعلان کر دیا۔
تازہ ترین نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق، آپ سب کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ سنگل نیشنل کریکولم (SNC) کے مطابق گریڈ 1 سے 8 کے سالانہ امتحانات 5 مارچ 2022 سے شروع ہوں گے۔ یہ نوٹیفکیشن پنجاب کے تمام نجی اور سرکاری سکولوں کے لیے لاگو ہے۔ تاہم نتائج کا اعلان 31 مارچ کو کیا جائے گا جبکہ اگلا تعلیمی سال یکم اپریل 2021 سے شروع ہوگا۔ اس کے علاوہ کلاس 3 سے 8 کے سالانہ پیپر میں معروضی اور سبجیکٹیو دونوں پرچے ہوں گے جبکہ کلاس 1 اور 2 کے طلباء فیصلہ کرنا. زبانی امتحانات کی بنیاد پر۔ یہی نہیں بلکہ پی بی سی سی نے اسکولوں کو حکم دیا کہ وہ تیسری سے آٹھویں جماعت کے طلبہ کے لیے اردو، انگریزی، ریاضی، جنرل سائنس، سوشل سائنسز کے تحریری امتحانات منعقد کرائیں۔ اسلامیات اور غیر مسلموں میں انہیں اخلاقیات کا امتحان دینا ہوگا۔

اگلا تعلیمی سال 01-04-2022 سے شروع ہوگا۔
نہ صرف پنجاب بلکہ KPK حکومت نے اگست 2021 میں KP کے لیے 8 کلاسوں تک سنگل نیشنل کریکولم (SNC) متعارف کرایا۔ سندھ کے علاوہ تمام صوبے SNC پر مبنی نصاب کا مشاہدہ کر رہے ہیں جو SNC کو کھلے عام مسترد کرتا ہے۔
