Subject: E-Transfer Round for Punjab Teachers

To: All Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) in Punjab

Introduction

Competent authority has approved to start e-transfer round for teachers of all categories in Punjab. This transfer process includes various categories like Posting Officers/Teachers, Promoted Teachers, Divorce, Widow, Marriage, Marriage, Disability, Medical, Reciprocal, and Open Merit Transfers. The transfer process will be done through SIS (School Information System) platform.

Heading 2: Schedule for e-Transfer Round

Decision on Appeals for Confirmation of Request for Transfer of Categories Decision on appeals will be issued by the Review Committee.

All CEOs (DEAs) are responsible for tagging all promoted teachers on SIS before the commencement of E-Transfer round.
Teachers posted on election duties have to fulfill their assigned duties based on their previous place of posting as per the guidelines of Election Commission of Pakistan. Non-compliance will result in disciplinary action under the PEEDA Act, 2006.

Officers/Teachers awaiting posting should apply to SIS for their posting. Failure to comply will result in their intervening/waiting period being treated as accrued leave instead of pay purposes. They should also keep themselves updated on SIS from the concerned officer.
Promoted teachers/officers are directed to select as many priorities as possible for effecting their promotion on SIS. Failure to do so will result in posting/adjustment against schools in dire need of teachers.
Topic 3: Sharing schedules and instructions
The CEOs (DEAs) are further directed to share the round schedule of E-Transfer with all lower formations and all social media groups to ensure the awareness of teachers about the upcoming process.
